ytd i was slacking in the storage room instead of the clubhhse becoz choir having their practice la..on thurs, onli 4 grads came..ytd, 2 grads plus 4 members came..which i tink is really a great improvement liao..den went to mac to eat dinner.. reach home ard 11.45pm..

ytd nite i tried to send an email to all my friends abt the concert..but till now..no one reply yet..sian diao... haiz...i am rotting in the clubhse again..lucky today gt grads come..luky i din leave early coz by 7pm still no ppl.. was tinking of leaving early but somehow was doing hmk halfway when the grads came..haha..oops! cant leave early liao..haha...

tmr gt chen ying presentation...omg..how ar? i am nt really prepared for tis man..oh my tian...lol...today watch a violence movie in class..really violent but somehow fake..LOL..funi violent comedy..haha.. ytd surprise for shuyi was a success..but she dun look shocked..LOL..use $13.90 to travel to her hse by cab and in the end stayed for less than an hour than go home le.. ytd went to chill out wif jt and jaz at AMK hub.. went from sch.. in the end onli qx and zh come to practice lor..quite touched becoz qx was teaching zh whr was the times of the songs dat need to be emphasized..hee..

oh ya.. chilling session started ard 9pm becoz jt was late..i reached already she still haven board the cab..went to shop wif jaz for hp protector..den meet jt at taxi stand...ate NEW YORK NEW YORK!!!haha...very full!! but also quite expensive also.. the taste..nt bad la..haha..den took 136 slowly yo ar yo go back home..reach home at 11.20pm...

now i am slacking in the clubhouse again!! doin project..tis morning went to mac at 8am to haf a b'dae breakfast wif yvonne, jean, tab and shuer..LOL...a very simple meal but fulfilling..jean sang a korean version of b'dae song to yvonne..and she translated the meaning..haha..so touched wor... i gt the video..and some pics.. tink will upload tmr..haha...now is 1.55pm... another 4 hrs to go...zzzzz hmm..currently i am slacking in the clubhouse becoz on the day dat i scolded the members, i told them i will be in the clubhouse from 5pm-9pm everyday to allow them to come and practice anytime..but now i onli see one member hr..great..( '_'!!)

everyone is kinda of depressed these days..dunno iszit becoz of the weather lor.. joo ting also so sad in her blog..haiz..tmr having test..but i am in the clubhouse facing my laptop.. tmr lesson time change also.. 9am start class end at 12pm instead of 4pm..dat means i haf to slack in the clubhouse for 6 hrs be4 rehearsal start...sian diao... Pppl start telling me to clam down..talk things directly link to PP?? how to when i am both the president of the club and the vice president of PP? i can onli say dat wadeva dat has been done is taken for granted.. ppl need to be spoonfed..dun u tink so? It was not a moment of anger that i raised all the issues up. I had already thought of what i was going to do to wake all of you up when i was on my way to school yesterday morning. I felt that there was a need to tell you all this kind of situation really cannot carry on. It is the time to voice out everything you don't like or you would like to do in front of everyone rather than discuss it among individuals.

I had flared up because some of the attitudes that some of you have shown have really gone over the limit. A leader should have a high morale so as to motivate the others. He or she cannot let his or her own feelings take over them because the whole club will be affected by the leader. I am sorry, however i did not mean to pinpoint anyone but it is really hurting for me to see that members are having negative feedback to the conductor at this point of time. You will never know the feeling of being trapped in the middle because on top of me there is instructor and below me is my members. I will see that " oh my god, my members are like that, complaining, then the instructor side will keep telling me your members what and what.." I understand you all have your own ideas and opinions, but you all should really settle everyone down to discuss and come to a conclusion rather than i have this idea and i am asking everyone and the instructor whether it can be accepted. Members accept your idea but may not be totally agree on the way how to implement the idea but thought of improvising the idea, then there is a confusion because everyone have different ideas but same concept. And this concept is normally raised and discussed till nowhere.

I know all of you are committed members that you all do come for practices and participate in the preparation of Rhymonia. I really appreciate that the club has committed members that are willing to contribute. But there is this serious punctuality problem with some of you. I do not know why for every practice some of you will definitely be late without informing me. If you do have something on, please inform me one day earlier or in the morning so that i can have the picture of how i am going to carry out things later in practices depending on the amount of people. Because for now, i do not know who will come late or coming for practices and it is very hard to do things with little members. And it is the same few people who are always there early and have to do all the things like carrying equipment and preparing equipment for those who are coming late. I feel that it is unfair for them to come early and do the things all by themselves but for those who come late, they do not have to do anything because everything has already been prepared nicely for them to use. I understand you all have your own things to do but from what i see why is it that every practice, it is always the same few people who are early and the same few people who are late. I have to really tell you all that the feeling of waiting is very terrible because you don't know whether how late will all members be ready and whether they are coming or not. Normally, this kind of feeling leads to no anticipation for practices because you wait and wait for 1 or 2 hours, all the motivation is lost.

Practices are not going to be enjoyable because it is really hard work that everyone has to put in. There is only 2 weeks left and there is really no more time left for being late and starting late. Starting late will only lead to going home late which everyone does not want. I totally understand you all just want to come here and practice then leave on time. But how do you expect me to release early when majority of the members are coming in late? I also do want to go home early, i only get to see my parents once a week only on sundays and it is the day where i have to go down to help them at the hawker centre do i get to see them. The other days it's either school or cca, out early back late. I do not complain about that because i know my members will come, this performance will go on. But sometimes i really doubt whether do they care for the people who are always doing the jobs and do they feel guilty that they have did little? I have to really say that some members are really very good, they come early, do things willingly. Xing tong fell out of the buggy while trying to get the timpani up, kaka is sick and feels dizzy but she still comes, zhen hui and james got off the plane one night before the practice but still come, all the other graduates come after their work and studies. What is their motivation for them to come? It's us! We ourselves! I know some of you are getting sick due to the recent weather but you all still try to come. Why? Because you all do care for the club but is the way of you all showing care correct or do you really care? I know all of you are stressed but can't we just make the practices be enjoyable, come early, practice hard, have fun, go home happily?

I always question myself whether i am a good president or not. Maybe i am not because i cannot get members to come punctually for practices although i have already told them so many times. Maybe i am not a good president because members are having negative comments about the practices and how things are done. May be i am not a good president because members look up to me only as a friend and not a leader. I am not a good president because members are quitting the club like linghui and dong yang. I once told suyin a good member may not be a good leader, she said she chose me as the president because i had the passion, but somehow after becoming the president, the passion will turn into hate. Am i not really doing not enough or doing it all wrongly? I really do not know, please tell me.

I hereby apologize to all members for reprimanding you all yesterday. If you think that i was rude to you or whatever, i am sorry.For those who have any comments, feel free to email me or sms me. Thanks to the graduates for stepping out and solving the problems and comforting everyone.

OMG!! it was such a boring day at sch today!!! the workshop realli very buay tahan lor..haiz..boring boring boring..but gt lots of free gifts from the speaker today..she is a nice 60 yr old lady dat treats us all like her grandchildren..hee..i gt hello kitty bear..2 water bottles, 2 towels..LOL..

the rest of it was damn boring la..all the advisors all talk lor..diao leh..keep feeding us de leh..although it's buffet but no need to give us sth to eat every 2 hrs rite?? very full lor.. 11am tea break...1pm lunch...3pm tea break again..haiz..

sian la..tmr gt rehearsal again..from morning till nite.. ok ok..i update...if nt these ppl are going to nag at me again..haha..
i today pon the sentosa trip set by SDAR..haha..very lazy to go and some more haf to do project in sch..haha..so i lied to ian dat i sick..LOL..now in sch doing project liao lor..ytd rehearsal until 11pm den go home..when i reach home, it's already 12.15am liao lor..pasar malam already closed liao..actualli want to buy sth to eat but haiz..nvm...actualli wanna take taxi home from sch..but i found out dat i nv bring wallet wif me..i onli haf $4.10 left in my pocket..haiz.. i am back from camp..whole body aching from all the trainings all dat..haiz..ming ku ar.. been training intensively for 3 days..my mouth want to LAN DIAO liao lor..haiz so sad lor.. but i am glad dat all the performers came and practice together..especially the graduates..even they are working.they still come down and practice wif us, train us, advice us..and the best bit of all...spending time wif us and giving us treaties and laughter.. i dunno y but HT is such a bonded group..the graduates are so tightly bonded to the group and they come back as often as they can..one of them work till 10.30pm but still come to sch and train us at midnight..i am very touched and greatful to the graduates..although our current members are not too many but we haf always been able to do everything wif the help of the grads..thanks peeps..

ytd was father's day but i was in camp..haiz..we will celebrate it on tues..went to grandmother's hse to take rice dumplings and everyone was at home..my 2 cute cousins were at home too..lol..they are kinda excited to see me and keep asking me to play wif them..but i was too tired and told them i haf to go and will play wif them next time..haiz..when will i get the time??

fri went to jt jse to eat spaghatti..i must say although is i suggest de but hor i nv help to cook la..haha..too lazy liao..i let the maid do the job..dunno y jt so particular abt the maid..ppl from far come hr work..dun blame her for small small things la.. just forgive and forget la..

sun first thing is to wish jean happy b'dae on msn and hp..haha..i am fast rite? yea!! tmr no chinese literature class!! coz teacher have to go to china to see our seniors..heard they are living in hell thr..ma ma..i dun wan go china liao..5mths in china is a damn long period without home lor.. 11pm no more wireless network, no electricity all dat.. some more must study from 8am to 8pm sia..die le la.. choose wrong course le..sob..

today finally finish the radio project le..hehe..actualli is already finished de liao..but hor the teacher checked thru den want us to edit hr and thr..make us dunno edit how many times be4 we hand in..but it's gd that we were released early..haha..oh ya.. today nv go gym coz the 3 other ppl all haf their excuses..i was following the crowd la..so i din go also..went shopping instead wif shuer and tab at AMK Hub..the shopping mall quite big la..and alot of shops that sell clothings and NAIL POLISH!! haha.. poor shuer..she gt tested by tab and the auntie..poor gal.. i upload photos for ur to see k? today going to work again..haiz..sad ar..ytd i went to work today again i haf to go..coz my "gd" sis haf been working for the whole of weekdays and weekends become her off days..

ytd had meeting wif the club.. i was glad the attendance was quite good and finally everything is on the track now..just dat may need a little tracking up..tickets are ready for sales next week.. kaka say she can foresee quite good ticket sales..i wish that comes true so that i can confront ian with the popularity of the concert..so pls give me ur support coz i realli need it very much..tis is the hope for my cca.. tues accompany ah da chi to the driving centre to sign up for the PDL..actualli shud be xueli to accompany her but xueli's eyes gt bandaged..so cant go..den she ask me..aiya..anyway i was going to meet up wif my cliche at night so i accompany her go.. she is still as blur as ever..last week she went wif felix but she forgot to bring her IC AGAIN! now haf to go again..and AGAIN wif me..haf to use my card to help her pay coz she dun haf ar..she told me onli need $2.50..but when it comes to turn to pay..the staff told her is $25! wad a contrast..it's 10 times more..i also signed up la..and haf my eyes checked..after dat took 3 buses to kovan to meet up for dinner.. the dinner was nice! i had baked rice..it's yummy indeed better than the maggi mee i ate last time..haha...

today finally finish the radio project le..hehe..actualli is already finished de liao..but hor the teacher checked thru den want us to edit hr and thr..make us dunno edit how many times be4 we hand in..but it's gd that we were released early..haha..oh ya.. today nv go gym coz the 3 other ppl all haf their excuses..i was following the crowd la..so i din go also..went shopping instead wif shuer and tab at AMK Hub..the shopping mall quite big la..and alot of shops that sell clothings and NAIL POLISH!! haha.. poor shuer..she gt tested by tab and the auntie..poor gal.. i upload photos for ur to see k? today going to work again..haiz..sad ar..ytd i went to work today again i haf to go..coz my "gd" sis haf been working for the whole of weekdays and weekends become her off days..

ytd had meeting wif the club.. i was glad the attendance was quite good and finally everything is on the track now..just dat may need a little tracking up..tickets are ready for sales next week.. kaka say she can foresee quite good ticket sales..i wish that comes true so that i can confront ian with the popularity of the concert..so pls give me ur support coz i realli need it very much..tis is the hope for my cca.. OMG!! i realised dat my common tests are after the study breaks..wth..die liao la..i wun be able to study much wif all the rehearsals going on..wad am i going to do?? btw.. pls support my performance on 7th July 2007 at LT 26 at 7pm. tues accompany ah da chi to the driving centre to sign up for the PDL..actualli shud be xueli to accompany her but xueli's eyes gt bandaged..so cant go..den she ask me..aiya..anyway i was going to meet up wif my cliche at night so i accompany her go.. she is still as blur as ever..last week she went wif felix but she forgot to bring her IC AGAIN! now haf to go again..and AGAIN wif me..haf to use my card to help her pay coz she dun haf ar..she told me onli need $2.50..but when it comes to turn to pay..the staff told her is $25! wad a contrast..it's 10 times more..i also signed up la..and haf my eyes checked..after dat took 3 buses to kovan to meet up for dinner.. the dinner was nice! i had baked rice..it's yummy indeed better than the maggi mee i ate last time..haha...
